Register for a Preview Days event.

Meet other prospective freshmen, sit in a college class, see the town of Lincoln and participate in Union's weekend activities.  A sample weekend schedule will be e-mailed after your registration is processed. The first Preview Days event is check-in on Thursday from 2-3 p.m. A campus tour and StrengthsFinder seminar directly follow check-in. Departure is any time on Sunday (hot breakfast is served 10 a.m.). Register for a Preview Days.

If those dates don’t work, we can schedule a personalized visit. You’ll meet with an admissions and scholarships advisor, talk to academic advisors and get a tour of campus. We have select open dates for visits Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. A typical personalized visit takes between three and four hours. Free means free!

Stay and eat free—Hang out with us for two nights and three days free. We’ll cover food and lodging for the future student and one parent. Students will stay in the resident halls with a student host (bring a sleeping bag). Parents stay in our hotel-style guest rooms with private bathrooms and a queen sized bed.

Travel free—We’ll reimburse your travel costs up to $250. You must apply to Union, submit your transcripts and have a 2.5 or greater GPA to be eligible for the travel reimbursement.

Free airport pickup—Fly into Lincoln (20 minute drive) or Omaha (60 minute drive) and we'll pick you up.

Visiting in the summer

We recommend visiting during Preview Days because that is the best way to experience Union. Many of our professors and advisors are away from campus during the summer. If summer is the only time that works for you, we can schedule a personalized visit and give you the best experience possible. Click here to register for a personalized visit.
