Welcome to the Ella Johnson Crandall Memorial Library in the Don Love Building on the campus of Union College. Whether you are a student, faculty member, or community member, our friendly staff is waiting to assist you in your academic and research pursuits.

The library leads the Union College campus in the utilization of information resources, preservation of institutional heritage, and serves students, faculty, staff, and community members in their intellectual and spiritual growth.

Monday–Thursday: 7:30 a.m–11 p.m.*
Friday: 7:30 a.m.–1 p.m.
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: 1 p.m.–11 p.m.

* During the school year the library closes for chapel on Tuesdays (10:20 a.m.–11:30 a.m.).

study rooms


You must now reserve the study room you want to use online. Study rooms can be reserved for 30 minute increments. Currently there is no limit to the number of half an hour time slots you can have in a day. This may change in the future depending on usage trends, so please review the study room policy.
