Every spring semester, IRR seniors spend 3 months on an international expedition. This year 13 IRR students will be going to Malawi, a country in southeastern Africa, ranked by the World Bank as being the 3rd poorest country in the world. The purpose of this trip is to expose students to the life and culture of an emerging African economy.
While on the expedition, students will be taking classes such as Global Health, Travel and Tropical Medicine, and Clinical Care, all while learning hands-on skills by providing medical care and health education to rural communities.
Please support our students' commitment to leading a life of service by giving to this year's IRR Malawi Africa Expedition fund. Gifts like yours make a difference for our students and are greatly appreciated!
If you are unable to help financially, please remember our trip in your prayers.
