I have been a member of the Nursing Program faculty since 2006. I have taught Fundamentals (theory and clinical), Medical Surgical 1 (theory and clinical), Physical Assessment (clinical) and Community Health (clinical).

I currently teach Management and Leadership, Preceptorship, Global Health Nursing, and I co-teach Pathophysiology/Pharmacology 1.

I graduated from Union College with my BSN in 2002. I received my master's degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University in May of 2009.

Before teaching at Union, I worked as a nurse on the Medical Surgical unit at Avista Adventist Hospital in Louisville, Colorado. I am currently the Clinical Resource Nurse at Bryan Health East on the Orthopedics Unit.

I enjoy traveling, concerts, staying active, and spending time with my family. I have 4 kids: Elijah is 16, Kiah is 13, Ezrah is 6, and Lucah is 4.
